LiteDS ("the App") is a free, open-source Nintendo DS emulator for Android developed by lallla-jh. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

LiteDS does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not collect:

Name, email address, or any account information
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Location data
Usage analytics or crash reports
Payment or financial information

2. Data Stored Locally

All data created by the App (save files, save states, settings, ROM paths) is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server.

3. Third-Party Services

LiteDS does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions solely to provide core emulator functionality:

Permission	Purpose
`READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` / `READ_MEDIA_*`	Read ROM files from device storage
`FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC`	Keep emulation running while the app is in the foreground
`VIBRATE`	Haptic feedback for on-screen controls

No permission is used for data collection or advertising purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

LiteDS does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no user accounts, online features, or data collection of any kind.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
